So the Datsun 240Z has had the 280spec engine rebuilt and re installed. Shake down miles complete and ready for use to put some more miles on it before we can get it properly set up on the rolling road.

The was a whole host of other issues with the car, such as sorting the dodgy electrics – removing the dash to complete this, new fuse box and sorting all the instruments and switchgear. A long wait on some of the components, and other a case of stripping and repairing as new items not available.

And lastly the exhaust was modified to give it a bit more of a snarl . . .
